Please note that many of the items on this site are vintage and may not be in working or pristine order. All items are sold as is. Where possible, we have mentioned any defects items may have. We will, however, not be held responsible for any deficiencies, damage, errors of description or authenticity on any items on this site. If there is no condition, this does not imply that the lot is free from faults and imperfections.
SHIPPING POLICY
OPTIONS
PUDO Locker to Locker – R69 to all centres in South Africa
POSTNET to POSTNET – R100 to all centres in South Africa
Courier shipping based on Main Centres, which includes Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban, Bloemfontein, Gqeberha and George with a 65 km radius – R180.
Courier shipping based on Outlying Areas like small towns, farms, lodges, townships, mines, and chain stores – R450.
There is also a Pick-up option for those in KwaZulu-Natal
from Nkutu River Lodge in Forest Hills, Kloof.
Vintage in Vogue's policy is to ensure that every parcel and box that leaves the premises is securely wrapped and well-protected. In some cases, we are dealing with delicate vintage items, such as china, and we will endeavour to wrap them securely for courier delivery to ensure they arrive intact. However, we outsource our courier service to another company, so delivering delicate items is beyond our control. We take no responsibility whatsoever for damages suffered in transit.
Please allow time for packages to be packed and shipped. While we will process orders as soon as possible, allow 3-5 business days, there may be a delay beyond our control. We will communicate any delays in a timely manner. All payments must be complete before shipping occurs.
