Although this Blue Cornflower pattern is more common than others, it is still a sortafter pattern, especially the earlier vintage ones and those that include the lid. This square casserole dish, complete with its original glass lid, is adorned with the iconic Blue Cornflower pattern, which has been a symbol of CorningWare since the 1950s. This one is in very good condition. It has the mark under the handle, which suggests this one was made between 1879 and 1980. The mark says Corning Ware  A-8-B (8 x 8 x 1 3/4 inch), Corning, NY, USA, with the number 377 MA. The lid is marked PyrexA-9-C, and on the other side, the number 41. Size: 5 cm x 26 cm base, 21 cm x 6 cm lid
