Handpainted porcelain, the Mark is from porcelain made from from 1912-50, Minton wares featured this basic printed mark, often with ‘Made in England’ added. Just the 'England' suggests its an earlier piece before the 1921 McKinley Tariff Act of 1890 was amended to include 'Made in'. Many ceramic companies used 'Made in England' before they had to do it by law, or rather to sell into the USA. Minton used just 'England' from 1891. Tea cup 10 x 5 cm, Saucer 13 cm, Sugar Bowl 7 x 5 cm, Cake Plate 12 cm.
