Deruta a medieval hilltown in Umbria, Italy, is mainly known as a major centre for the production of maiolica (painted tin-glazed earthenware) in the Renaissance and later. The town has over 200 ceramic workshops. These gorgeous Aladdin lamps are an excellent example of the style of hand-painting done in the area and the quality of the items. Larger 14 x 8,5 x 10 cm, smaller 12 x 6,5 x 7 cm.
